Sopt H1 Lottery System, select candidate based on skill/potential

To US Govt. - Please select candiates from india based on their skills/potentials not Lottery system.

Please do not make us depend on our indian companies for applying H1/L1. Thse companies take our advantage and we have to waste our time in these indian companies. since we work for foreign companies and indian companies just being the cause to bring us here, why not US govt. hire us based on our potentials/skills. Either way it is benefiting US govt.

This Lottery system has ruined & worsen chances of even bright/potential candiates to depend on luck.

Please stop this. It is making our lives miserable. and these indian companies take our advantage as we have to depend on them for our visa.

They treat us like money vending machines. they dont provide proper facilities in US although if we work here and earn our living we can easily support our family here.

Please STOP this lottery system. select candidates which can contribute to your economy and use their skill for your requirement.
