I submit before you, a request to ban Cristina Penescu, aka Starfinder, Starfinder Wolf from selling art or holding an art dealer's table at Further Confusion 2006. Her past business practices are being called into question. Instances of failing to complete art commissioned from her are becoming too numerous. This has been taking place at Further Confusion and Califur on several occasions. It is also occurring outside of the conventions. I know there are many of you out there that have fallen victim to this problem.
Failing to honor a contract in which money is paid in return for a custom created piece of art or service is theft and improper business practice and therefore illegal. Also, given the values of some of the pieces of art work, her actions constitute a felony.
If you wish to help prevent this continuing theft of our hard earned dollars from occurring at our West Coast Furry Conventions, please sign your name to petition and aid my cause.

When she grows up and learns how to be professional about commissions and selling artwork THEN maybe she can sell with the grown-ups at conventions. Many of my friends were screwed out of money by her. She's proven herself to be a liar and a thief.
