Stop Deportation of Andre Aragoli

Andre Aragoli ist 32 Jahre alt und iranischer
Staatsangehцriger. Seit 2002 ist er in Deutschland und hat hier einen
Antrag auf Asyl wegen seiner Homosexualitaet gestellt.

Am 11. Oktober 2004 hat das Verwaltungsgericht Kassel
seine Klage gegen die Ablehnung seines Asylantrags abgewiesen mit der
Begruendung, dass ihm als Homosexueller im Iran keine politische Verfolgung
droht.

Mittlerweile hatte Andre den 39 jдhrigen griechischen
Schriftsteller Takis Sampsounis kennengelernt. Die beiden verliebten sich in
einander und gruendeten eine haeusliche Lebensgemeinschaft die bis heute anhaelt.
Ausserdem moechte er mit ihm eine Lebenspartnerschaft eingehen.
Das Standesamt Frankfurt am Main und die Auslaenderbehoerde
in Korbach sorgten in gemeinsamer Absprache dafuer, dass die Eintragung der
Lebenspartnerschaft verhindert wurde.

Seit Montag dem 18.07.2005 sitzt Andre Aragoli in
Abschiebehaft in der JVA Kassel. Im Falle einer Abschiebung droht Andre
Aragoli im Iran die Todesstrafe. Am 20. Juli 2005 wurden gerade erst zwei
jugendliche Homosexuelle in der Stadt Mashhad im Osten Irans hingerichtet.

Wir rufen daher dringend zur Unterstuetzung von Andre
Aragoli auf. Dazu bitten wir Sie ihre Moeglichkeiten zu nutzen, dem Fall
eine moeglichst breite Oeffentlichkeit zu verschaffen. Wir kцnnen Andres Leben noch retten

Andre Aragoli is 32 years old and an citizen of Iran.
He lives in Germany since 2002 and has asked for asylum because of his homosexuality.

The Court of Administration in Kassel has dismissed his action against
the rejection of his asylum. The reason the court gave was that he wouldn't face the
the threat of political persecution as a homosexual in the Iran.

In the meantime Andre got to know the 39 old greek writer
Takis Sampsounis kennengelernt, with whom he lives together in a shared household and with
whom he'd like to form a cohabitation. The civil registry office in Frankfurt and the
foreigner office of Korbach stretched laws and time limits to prevent the cohabitation from
being registerd, which would have made a deportation impossible.

Since Mondey June 18th, Andre is arrested for deportation in Kassel.
In case of a deportation he faces the threat of death penalty. Just on the 20th of June there
were two teenagers executed for their homosexuality.

We urgently ask you to support Andre Aragoli. Please provide as much publicity
to this case as you possibly can. We can still save Andres life
