The Norwegian State has determined to allow searching for oil only a few hundred feet from
' Sularevet ' outside Trшndelag. The oldest part of this reef is more than 8000 years old.
This reef have some of the largest and most beautiful deepseacoralls that exist in the world, and
has a large biological diversity. Norway has an international responsibility to protect this reef.
Where the rest of the world is to a large extent regulating even divers to dive on reefs, we are, in our insatiable hunt for oil - deciding to completely destroy ' Sularevet '.
If there is one reef in the whole world that should be preserved against harmful fishing and oil
enterprise, it is ' Sularevet '. The reef is one of the most unique reefs in the world.
