That all citizens once they have reached the age of 18, must create a living will specifiying DNR status. All citizens under the age of 18 without a living will estabished and who face the issue of DNR, the decision will be that of the parent(s) or legal guardian(s). Once the mandatory will has been executed it can be changed at anytime thereafter with regards to a citizens change in personal views regarding DNR. This petition is in response to the late Terry Schiavo, and shall be deemed Terry's Law.
