This petition is for Dundee fc to be re-instated as an spl side . They may have finished bottom of the league, they may be the worst team in the spl , but if they go to the 1st Division, it could be the last we ever see of them !
Through the years, this little club has entertained many fans throught Scotland, especially the big team of Dundee, 'Dundee United fc' , who have enjoyed winning 3 trophys on Dundee's ground, (dense park) including the only cup final between the sides (which united won 3-0).
Dense park was made famous when it became the first Scottish football ground to be used as a car park for a uefa cup final, when Dundee United played Gothenburg in 1987.
If Dundee are not re-instated, then United won't get the chance to win any more derbys, (United have also enjoyed a far superior record in the Dundee derbys, winning 71 of the games, compared to Dundee's 45 wins) and dense park will never again get the chance to be used as a car park in a uefa cup final.
Remember Dundee may just be a wee team, but they have brought huge laughs to fans through out Scotland .
