At first I want to give a big Thanks to Sierra/Dynamix for the great game Tribes 2. It is the best teambased Combatshooter I've ever seen and played before. Also a big tanks to Lokigames for the great work producing this game to our favorit OS, Linux.

this petition shall be a light in dark hours for all enthused penguins in the Tribes-Universe.
It shows, that we, the Tribesplayers, are one community, whether if Win, Linux or maybe OS X. We love this game and we love our OS.

With Tribes 2, LokiGame published an utterly highlight to Linux and it infected many players with the Tribes virus.
It is one of the most selled Linux games and Tribes3/Tribes:Vengeance will exceed that, I am really sure about it.

Therefore we wish us nothing more than a native port of Tribes3.
A playable solution using Wine or WineX is not a real alternative for us.
Maybe there is the possibility of porting through another company, particularly the engine works under linux, as other games show us.

So cast your vote for a Linux port of Tribes:Vengeance and leave your name.
Further on you have got the possibility to join the Linux tribes.
You have no commitments (wars or trainings). But you got the possibility to point this out to other people in the community with your tag.

diese Petition soll allen begeisterten Pinguinen im Tribes-Universum ein
Licht in dunkler Stunde sein. Sie zeigt, dass wir Tribesspieler, egal ob
Win, Linux oder ev. OS X, eine Gemeinschaft sind. Wir alle lieben dieses Spiel und wir lieben unser OS.

Mit Tribes2 brachte LokiGames ein absolutes HighLight nach Linux und
infizierte sehr viele Spieler mit dem Virus Tribes. Es ist eines der
meistverkauften Linuxspiele und Tribes3/Tribes:Vengeance wird dies noch
ьbertreffen, da bin ich mir sehr sicher.

Von daher wьnschen wir uns nichts sehnlicher als einen native Port von Tribes3.
Eine spielbare Lцsung mittels Wine oder WineX ist dabei keine echte
Alternative fьr uns. Vieleicht ist ja auch eine Portierung durch ein
Zweit-Unternehmen mцglich, zumal die Engine ja unter Linux lдuft, wie uns
andere Spiele zeigen.

Also gebt Eure Stimme fьr einen Linux-Port von Tribes:Vengeance und setzt
ein Zeichen. Weiterhin habt ihr die Mцglichkeit den Linuxtribe zu joinen.
Ihr habt keine Verpflichtungen (Wars oder Trains). Aber ihr habt die
Mцglichkeit mit dem Tag aktiv im Spiel fьr diese Sache zu kдmpfen.
