Who Makes Lap Dance Laws?

Lap dance laws should be written realistically. Mature, experienced Dancers and patrons of clubs need to give imput to legislators, and politicians as they design laws governing lap dances. This imput should be given at a particular place and time that is publically announced. Recurring themes and concerns should become the material that politicians use to create new laws.
