Wrongful Foreclosures in Tennessee

This petition is asking for the investigation of Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee to investigation of Shelby County Chancery Court building of conspiring with creditors to violated Federal and State laws, bias rulings of minorities who are under foreclosure proceeding. The courts have refused to enforce state and federal laws including the Truth in lending act and the Real Estate Settlement Procedure Act also know as RESPA Act 2003.

They have allowed Preditor and Mortgage lenders who have inaccurate balances , improper accounting by continue order foreclosures which a default could not be established. This also includes being the rules of the court to assist in the creditor being sued.

These Judges names in the State of Tennessee Courts have intentionally violated minorities 14th Amendment rights of due process and fair rights by refusing to accept documents of proof of payment, documentation from the creditors, and admission by the creditors of wrongdoing. As a result it violates 4th Amendment of Seizure. The Court is cover up the lenders wrong doing causing a Foreclosure and economic disaster.
