The Breeding Establishment Bill passed all stages in the Dáil in early July 2010, but has STILL not been signed into the Irish Legislation to become a fully fledged Act of Law.
Why is this? Because of the current Government Minister(s)
All they need to do is sign a piece of paper ... that's all! Everything else has already been done for them.
Without this legislation Ireland will continue to be known as the ”Puppy Farming Capital of Europe” and thousands, even hundreds of thousands, of dogs will suffer and die every year without this vital part of legislation.
