An appeal to overturn mandatory vaccination for health care workers

We the undersigned wish to convey to the Health Minister our opposition to their decision to make vaccinations mandatory for health care workers. We wish to see the new policy modified to allow health care workers the choice to participate in the vaccination program with no repercussion to the health care worker that chooses not to participate. VACCINATION is a personal choice and carries with it known risks. It should not be a job requirement. No employee should feel intimidated or pressured into participating in a program that requires compliance at the risk of their job security. Vaccination should be a choice for all people not a job requirement.
