Beaverton Cultural Center

To performing artists, theatre goers, and the Beaverton Community,
The Beaverton Arts Foundation has a plan to build a Performing Arts Center in the heart of the city of Beaverton. However, this plan is a slow moving one that requires some community involvement and motivation. Recently, the city of Beaverton acquired a large piece of land that was previously the Westgate Movie Theater. Naturally, we at EPIC Theatre Company see this possible facility as a great opportunity and an excellent venue for us and other performers to hold productions. When completed, this petition will be sent to mayor Rob Drake of Beaverton, OR in an effort to show him that there is a need and an interest in the construction of a community performing arts facility and that the recently acquired land would be an ideal home for it. We simply ask that you enter your name on this petition and show your support for bringing new performing arts opportunities to the Beaverton area.
