BUSH-RICE for the 2004 Republican Ticket

Dear Mr. President:

We, the undersigned, respectfully request that you select National Security Advisor Condoleezza Rice as your choice for Vice President in the 2004 Presidential election. Our intent is that you be re-elected, and that a Republican be elected as president in 2008. Having Dr. Rice as the candidate for Vice President can help assure both victories.

Dr. Rice has impeccable qualifications and her favorable rating is considerably higher than Vice President Cheneys. A 2004 Bush-Rice ticket will not only capture the attention of African-American and women voters, it will also create significant media interest.

The 2008 election will be critical. Since it is unlikely that Vice President Cheney will seek the presidency, the Republican Party could be at a severe disadvantage. However, with Dr. Rice as Vice President, we will have a capable, energetic and dedicated candidate ready to campaign with the power of the White House behind her. And, who better than Condoleezza Rice to take on the Democrats' most likely nominee, Hillary Clinton?

Please Mr. President, for the good of our nation, ensure our Republican future with Condoleezza Rice as your running mate in 2004.
