Due to negligence within the Australian child welfare system, as per state, I require a petition for a Commonwealth inquiry into child welfare departments of Australia and the need for reform based on findings. Production, policies, length of time to deal with social issues, reports of child abuse to these departments unattended or ignored. The children of Australia thank you.
