To Whom It Concerns,
We, the People of these United States do formally request a remission of all local gas stations' right to use pre-pay at the pump. This includes partial use including but not limited to restricted hours and / or selective pumps. This is an inconvenience to the heart and soul of America, discouraging your most loyal, hardworking men and women that make up the U.S. economy. By robbing us not only of nearly our entire salaries, we now must deal with our time being cut even shorter by way of multiple visits to the clerk. This "protection" must be put to rest at once.
