Dragon Ball Movie #5 / 20th Anniversary Movie

In Japan, the Dragon Ball TV series began on February 2, 1986, on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM on Fuji TV.

Then on March 4, 1996, a new Dragon Ball movie was released to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the animated Dragon Ball series. On this day, Movie #4: "The Path to Ultimate Strength" was revealed to the world at the Toei Anime Fair.

The 20th Anniversary of the Dragon Ball Anime will soon be upon us and we strongly feel that a new anniversary special would be appropriate for this wonderful occasion. That being said, we ask that a 20th Anniversary Movie be created and released to the world in 2006.

Please honor the memory of Son Goku and his friends and join in the celebration in 2006!
