We, the players of pogo.com, hereby request that Electronic Arts Corporation reconsider the removal of the volunteer Guide program of pogo.com, and draw up any legal documentation necessary for volunteers to sign which will hold EA harmless of any legal liability. We, the players, feel that it is important to have human contact, to have someone there to answer our questions, to defuse abusive situations in a fair manner, and to remove those who cannot follow rules and guidelines as defined in the Terms of Service agreement. Without the services of these volunteers, replacing them with DATs (or cyber cops), we feel that the quality of the chat will decline rapidly, that abusers will have free reign for longer periods of time before any action is taken, and that this will greatly reduce the number of players who frequent pogo.com. We would be willing to meet with EA officials to discuss our grievances if allowed the opportunity to do so. Sincerely yours, The Players of pogo.com

Pogo used to be the best site to play on and meet friends, but as of late I've began to change my playing sites away from pogo. Although I do like the games and the people that I have met. I'm not greatly impressed anymore with pogo.

On 3 occasions I was booted with an error that I lost connection due to my ISP even tho' I was still connected. In doing so I was one (1) set of carpets to get the bonus and lost all the six jwls. I accumulated.

Booted off a lot, not getting proper tokens, popped all ballons in poppit no jackpot game is deceiving. Makes you think if you pop all you win.Not fair for name changes and no guides.

I have loved pogo games from the start, our rooms are great the way they were. I was one of the lucky ones, didnt have to change my name but feel for all my friends,cant find them anymore
