Erich Jacoby-Hawkins must resign

Green Party of Canada candidate for the riding of Barrie, Ontario, Erich Jacoby-Hawkins, has been ruled by the Honourable Court to have libelled the manager of the Libertarian Party of Canada's candidate, of the same riding, during the 2008 federal election. After receiving the verdict, Mr. Jacoby-Hawkins harassed the elderly father of the same Libertarian manager, and has been cautioned by the Barrie Police Service from doing so again, and, has libelled the same Libertarian again, worse than before, and has been sued again. Mr. Jacoby-Hawkins refuses to apologize for any of these acts of wrongdoing. This is unacceptable and we, both Green Party members and citizens at large, ask that Erich Jacoby-Hawkins be suspended until his legal scandals are resolved, or, that he resign as the Green Party of Canada candidate for the riding of Barrie, Ontario, before he damages the party, again.
