Lawrence, Kansas has recently in the past two years issued a ban on Fourth of July fireworks. For no reason at all besides fire safety are these majestic beauties being kept from amusing us and entertaining us on our independence day. All we ask is that the City of Lawrence reconsider this obsured ban and listen to the people who beg them for their fireworks back.
