As a Pakistani citizen and representative of the younger generation - or someone with an interest - I request your permission to allow the Friends Without Borders concert to take place on the IndoPak border itself on the night of August 14th, 2007 leading into August 15th. I believe this important and symbolic bi-lateral call for friendship - a collective voice from the people - can and will bring real and lasting change for the better. Our generation is ready for change. Please hear us and please grant this request.
