This petition was created on behalf of the current Copper Beech residents. It is to inform the management and owners that residents are not currently satisfied with their living arrangement. It is based on past promises made by Copper Beech (i.e. additional parking, 24hr gym, etc) and current issues such as mice in buildings, not nearly enough parking spaces, the constant and annying towing and every other problem you could possibly think of.
It is also created on behalf of the Hernandez and Mahanic families because, this time, Copper Beech has just gone TOO FAR.
And then to think, Copper Beech actually has the audacity to say that the MAJORITY of its residents are not having issues. This is to prove them wrong.
Please, just leave your NAME and APARTMENT NUMBER is you have been unsatisfied with Copper Beech and/or it's management in any way.

The apartments are reasonable nice but everything else sucks. Management is horrible, don't get things done, make people cry (me for one!) Last weekend my parents were visiting me for my 21st birthday. I went to go get a parking permit for them on friday

The paint job on the walls are terrible, theres never enough parking, even for the residents, the 24 hour gym that we paid $75 for is open at the exact times during the week that most of us have classes, and the water bill wasnt suppose to be sent to us.
