Dear Design Team,
As players of Warhammer Fantasy Battles (and other GW systems) we appreciate the complexity of the rules and understand that covering every situation and answering every query is an impossible task. We recognise the great effort that is invested in publishing clarifications and errata.
However, many of us are dissatisfied with the method these clarifications are published. Several answers in Q&A sessions instantiate changes in the rules, or give an interpretation that contradicts the written rules.
We contend that such changes should not be made in the form of Question and Answer, but of errata, changing the offending text of the rule.
While this method may require careful thought in order that the surrounding text is not disrupted, we believe that the increased clarity and ease of use of the ruleset will outweigh the cost.
