IMDB To Recognize Homosexual Marriages

The website IMDB (The Internet Movie Database) which is used both professionally and personally does not recognize the marriage between, among others, Portia De Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres.
According to Imdb Guidelines,
"We are not yet accepting homosexual marriages until their status has been fully determined by legal challenges. Such unions, along with civil unions, can be noted as biographical trivia".
A Marriage is not trivia such as "Likes to bike ride, knit, and has a spouse!" IMDB should not bother what other states do. It is not a law review site. As far as law goes The two are married, even post Prop 8.
