Install Defibrillators on Irish Rail Trains

On the 18th of October I was a passenger on board a Irish Rail Train, a fellow passenger suffered a massive heart attack and died, there was no defibrillator on the train, this life saving tool could have given this man a better chance of survival. I am petitioning the Dept. of Transport and Irish Rail to install a defibrillator on board every Irish Rail Train and to ensure that Irish Rail Staff are trained in how to react in emergency situations.
