IOM First Time Buyers

This petition is for the review of the Government agreements where by the First Time Buyers upon their death can not transfer the property to their rightful next of kin. We are also fighting to have the option of adding people to the Deeds of the property which will give the right to the property owner to add either a new wife or husband to the deeds. This will afford the rightful owner the protection and security of knowing his loved ones will be cared for in the event of anything happening to them. At present the Isle of Man Government is unfairly penalising the property owner and the future of their families welfare.
