Justica para Madeleine McCann

Nos, os abaixo assinados, pedimos as autoridades portuguesas que sentem Gerry e Kate McCann (pais de Madeleine MacCann) no banco dos reus para responderem pelo crime de que sao culpados perante a lei portuguesa.
A Maddie de 3 anos foi deixada (juntamente dois irmaos mais novos) sem qualquer adulto num apartamento do Ocean Club na Praia da Luz enquanto os pais se foram divertir com amigos. Esta atitude facilitou o rapto da pequena Madeleine na noite de 3 de Maio.

Lei nє147/99 й aplicada nas situaзхes em que os pais (ou representantes legais) das crianзas e jovens colocam em perigo a seguranзa , saъde, educaзгo, formaзгo, desenvolvimento. Estas situaзхes seriam as de abandono, maus tratos fнsicos ou psнquicos, abusos sexuais, ausкncia de afecto, actividades ou trabalhos excessivos ou (inadequados), comportamentos que coloquem em risco a seguranзa ou equilнbrio emocional da crianзa ou jovem; ausкncia de oposiзгo de facto pelos pais (ou representantes legais) a comportamentos (actividades ou consumos) que afectem a seguranзa , saъde, educaзгo, formaзгo, desenvolvimento da crianзa ou jovem.
