*Justice And Fairness for All American Citizens*

WE NEED TO PETITION AND REVOKE THE ABILITY FOR THE CITY/STATE/FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AND/OR COURTS TO SUSPEND A PASSPORT AND/OR DRIVER'S LICENSE DUE TO UNPAID BILLS! FURTHER, WE AS AMERICANS NEED A NEW SYSTEM OF LAWS, I PROPOSE THE AMERICAN PEOPLE INTERNET VOTE OR CALL IN TO VOTE FOR THE LAWS WE WANT PASSED IN OUR STATE, NOT THE CROOKED POLITICIANS, WE SADLY ELECTED!

I have an interesting story, I am a 32 y.o. single father and I currently reside in Wa State. I have two daughters from another past relationship, ages., 12 and 10. I am a Veteran of the United States Military. What is sad, two years ago before moving to Wa State, a Judge ordered me to pay child support and DCHS supported my ex-wife to have the children. I come from a past background in Corrections, Law Enforcement, Military and I tried to tell the Courts, DCHS not to allow my ex-wife to have custody, rather me due to I knew she was on drugs. I didn't want that for my children and neither was I going to follow an order to pay child support to support my ex-wife's drug habit. They didn't listen to me, why? They don't care, it's all about the money for them. I couldn't afford to pay 3,000 upfront to a lawyer. Two years passed, my children were sexually molested by my ex-wife's brother, my ex-wife failed a drug test, was stopped for DUI. What now, you might think? I can't even get my own children, It's like DCHS is holding them for ransom due to an $11,000 back order to collect past child support. I feel at this point, I don't owe them jack shit!! They owe me so I can owe to my two daughters for what has happened to them. I can't even sue DCHS in the state of GA. No lawyers want to take my case. DCHS is always making excuses for they are not responsible, could not see into the future, etc. How many fu***** times have you heard the same excuse from them on T.V., failure to investigate a case involving a child? Many times, research the internet, newspaper, watch tv. Now my Wa State Driver's License is suspended. They tell me, I can't drive. I drive wherever the fu** I want too., If they are going to be idiots, I license myself. Paying a debt and being fu**** by a system such as I have, a Driver's License should never be suspended for Child Support, past due bills, or even failure to pay a traffic fine. If it's a traffic fine, garnish the wages. A Driver's License should only be suspended for Using/Attempting to use your vehicle or someone else's vehicle in a dangerous manner., i.e., attempted murder, murder., driving under a heavy influence of alcohol/narcotics. I continue to receive threatening letters from DCHS, saying they will suspend my passport, etc. I thought we lived in the land of the free? Isn't this the USA? If you suspend a person's passport for an unfair past bill such as mine., Wouldn't that be the same as being under arrest in the USA? Doesn't that restrict my movement? Am I under apprehension/arrest in the US? Isn't Apprehension/Arrest defined as to limit/confine/restrict movement? Maybe I am just stupid, wouldn't I need a lawyer if my passport is suspended though, It would appear so, I am being restricted w/n the US. I am locked up in the USA! A passport should only be suspended for attempted murder, murder, forging passports, etc, nothing else, no exceptions ! What a joke these lawmakers are! I am sick/tired of this as an American and have served my country. What can my country do for me? Apparently Nothing!! It's time for America to stand up. We need to have internet voting for laws that we want, not cause some politician/law-maker thinks it's a good idea/law. This country get's enough of your money through taxes at the gas pump, grocery store, property taxes, courts, DCHS and there greedy hands in your pockets, what next? I am tired of it being my dinner plate suffering, It's time to make there dinner plate suffer!
