Justice for Vincent Tamburello Jr.

PETITION TO REMOVE VERMONT DISTRICT ATTORNEY ROBERT SAND FROM ANY CASES INVOLVING VINCENT TAMBURELLO JR.DUE TO MISCONDUCT!
On August 17, 2008 Vinnie Tamburello was lured to a park in Vermont, shot twice, once in the back, brutally beaten with the rifle and then kicked and stomped by a gang of cowards while he lay dying. District Attorney Robert Sand, allowed the defendants to change all of their testimony and perjure themselves, which was admitted to in front of 4 witnesses by DA Sand yet did nothing to charge or discredit them, misled the facts of the case to the grand jury, worked the entire grand jury against Vinnie by his line of questioning in order to turn the Grand jury, allowed police misconduct to gain the end results against Vinnie, lied to the parents about events of the murder, deliberately conspired to keep parents away from court proceedings, parents were thrown out of the Attorney General's office when they brought the facts forward, The Governor of Vermont also refused to meet or hear the Tamburello's about their concerns, allowed false testimony by law enforcement member. Parents were told by DA Sand that he nor his victim advocate no longer represent the victim or them and for them to hire their own attorney! Conspired with the defense to rig the jury to dismiss murder charges. These facts are all documented and available. Because of these acts of misconduct and District Attorney Sand's egregious and criminal behavior we ask that District Attorney Sand no longer be allowed to prosecute this case, be suspended from any further court proceedings and a full investigation proceed immediately as to the egregious actions of District Attorney Sand and others in the judicial system of Vermont!
