We the undersigned Citizens of Victoria,Australia
would like an amendment made to the children and young persons act
with in the juvenile justice system,For children under 18 years of age
who commit serious offences,such as MURDER,RAPE, AND VICIOUS ASSAULTS.
That their names be revealed to the public,and that they are given
sentencing which is more in line with community expectations.
