I am a strong supporter of Childhood Cancer Awarness. Currently the state of Rhode Island supports Breast Cancer Awarness during the month of October. Why not support Childhood Cancer Awarness in September? This petition is to ask that the state to support us in our fight with cancer in our children. I'd like to see the State House lit up orange, during the month of September, to show their support for our great cause. Please lets show how much we care about the great amount of fighting these children put forth everyday and please lets notice them. Lighting up the State House orange will give the children the hope they deserve to get through their fight. My son Tyler is 4 and has been fighting Leukemia (pre-b ALL) and Minimal Risidual Disease (MRD) since June 3, 2010.
