Make Child adoption in Canada faster and easier.

Any information on adoption that I have, tells me, that it is hard to be accepted and takes years to get a child. It shouldn't matter what nationality of child you want to adopt either. There are allot of wonderful couples, gay or straight, that want to raise a child or children and can't. Once someone decides they want to adopt it'll be years until they have the pleasure that other people have. I've read that if you want a healthy newborn it can take 8 years. Let's look at some of the pluses to adopting shall we: foster homes won't be overcrowded. The faster children are placed the quicker they can resume having a happier life and rebuild their confidence. Every child deserves a healthy and stable home. Overall, I think adopting through the government and child's aid should be easy and people should be rewarded for adopting. If you agree please help us change the way things are done.
