We are aware that we can have a hand-fasting celebration anywhere in the Country when we chose to get married as Pagans.
HOWEVER: Not everywhere is registered to allow the signing of the certificate.
Therefore we petition that, we as Pagans, are allowed license either by a "special" licence which makes our chosen venue temporary registered to do weddings, or, to open up the ability to sign the registration certificate at ANY venue in the UK.
We appreciate that we might have to allow notification to the legal bodies for a request to do this, but, if this allows us to marry at our own special place on a certain date, we are prepared to do this.
