We the undersigned would like to express our disgust and anger at Glasgow City Council at their willful neglect of the Western Necropolis Lambhill,
Everything from the state of the paths to the verges and grave areas needs maintenance.
There appears to be no security at the site and vandalism is rife, as well as visitor feeling unsafe when paying their respects at their loved one's graves.
We demand that Glasgow City Council addresses these issues and restores a graveyard to its former state and make it a suitable and safe site for the final resting place of our loved ones.
We see no reason not to escalate this issue to the local press should Glasgow City Council not fulfill its duty to its rate payers
