Mount Union IT Department

We, Mount Union Students, are fed up with the IT department. We are tired of the frequent internet kick-offs (being kicked off AIM every 5 minutes and not being allowed to sign in for at least an hour) and not being allowed to download anything except off the web (port 80).

We suggest a new IT department chair who will feel the needs of the student body and will fix these problems that have come up in the past year.

If we pay $125 technology fee a year. I frankly do not see it working or doing anything to this campus. Please fix your problems. Please let us download.
