Mr. Co Hong Tran to be immediately replaced

We, the signers of this petition, are the students of Northcentral University. We utterly disagree with Mr. Co Hong Tran on his way of teaching and behaving in class. The reasons are as follow:

1. Mr. Co Hong Tran is never willing to answer the questions of his students in class. Most of the time, he would tell us that we did not understand and we had asked him those questions that bothered him so much. But we are students and we have the rights to ask in class. And he has the responsibility to answer us. We could not ask if he kept threatening us like that.

2. Mr. Co Hong Tran asked for our money to get 5\% of the final grade which is totally unacceptable in an academic environment.This issue happened once in his Fall semester seminar. The grading scale is totally unfair when all the seminar members get 100\% of the grade and the others get none then they have to take the final test. He also said that he was sure nobody can get a high grade on their final test so we had to pay the entrance fee of 30,000 VND/person for the seminar whether we would come or not.

3. Mr. Co Hong Tran left the classes to prepare for his seminar almost all the week before the final test. Whoever bothered him would be either ignored or yelled at. Then once again what is the point of being a teacher without helping the students?

We, the signers of this petition, want Mr. Co Hong Tran to be immediately replaced by a qualified and ethical teacher. Our parents paid a lot of money for the tuition fee for this program and we do not want it is ruined by one person. The names of the signers will remain private until Prof. Patrick Doan has his action on this.
