my sister still owes me 1000 after FIVE YEARS

Please sign this petition in order to shame my sister into paying the 1000 she has owed me for the last FIVE YEARS!
Way back in the year 2000 Sally asked me to lend her money so that she could go to Australia for new year. As Sally always seems to owe people money I was reluctant to lend her the 800 she was asking for, however she offered to pay back 1000, so this seemed like a great idea to me as my student house had just been burgled, this extra 200 would enable me to buy a replacement playstation which had been cruelly taken away from me, and being a student I would be able to get a whopping overdraft to cover the temporary loss of the money.
However after Sally went on holiday to Australia then on holiday again, and again (more than I can remember), she finished uni and worked full time for a year whilst living at home, giving her plenty chance to pay the money back. Sally is now living in London going out to expensive bars and restaurants nearly every night, yet despite her well paid job at the Home Office she has still not paid any money back.
As for me I went though university with 1000 less than I should have, meaning I went over my overdraft limits, resulting in bank charges each month amounting to over 60. I have since finished university and been working saving money and trying to get rid of my debt. However most of my money I have now has gone into my business which I am now setting up, meaning I am again in debt. I am hoping to start up very soon and some extra cash would do wonders, giving me more money to market it.
So please sign this petition and email everyone you know that knows Sally a link to this page, if you think she should pay the money she owes and has done for FIVE YEARS. I have tried everything to get the money off her so this seems like the only thing left to do short of suing her for the money (something Im sure she would have done to me if the situation was reversed).
