NO TO SMART BROADBAND FAIR USE POLICY

Last April it was said that SMART implemented a Fair Use Policy and was said to be approved already by the NTC, without informing their subsrcibers about it. Where in, subscribers are only given 15gb of internet usage MONTHLY - making it CONSUMABLE and not UNLIMITED as what they have advertised.

Smart fooled and disrespected their subscribers by implementing their FUP without consent.

In line to this, a lot of subsrcibers are planning to file a complaint against SMART and to switch to another ISP.
