Open the internet to competition

All the major ISPs in Canada have generally the same product, the same price, and the same low quality service. Canadian internet costs are some of the most outrageous in the world and they've only gotten worse. The network lines that are used by ISPs need to be open to other companies to allow competition in the Canadian ISP market. These companies have a monopoly over the internet in Canada and that's not reasonable at all. There needs to be a system in Canada for smaller companies to have access to all of the potential that major corporations like Telus, Shaw, and Rogers have.
