Petition on PCDDanceContest

Hello,


This petition is about the pcddancecontest, the company promised a samsung k5 to all winners of the dance contest, as the terms and conditions clearly state:





"There will be one winning Entrant of each Dance of the Week prize who will win a Samsung K5 digital music player. Winners are only eligible to win one weekly competition. Vote counts will be reset weekly."





I won this contest with the video "Buttons by Jordan" and as soon as i won this competition, my email got hacked of which was the email i entered in the registration information. I did not get an email about me winning and how I will get my samsing k5 mp3 player. A couple of weeks later, a friend of mine from Scotland won the contest with the video "The Stomp" and a day later, she got an email from the pcddancecontest about how she will get her k5. Three days later, she gets her samsung k5 and I tell the company about my email being hacked. They send an email back saying that I am not eligible to win because i am under 18 years of age. The terms and conditions CLEARLY say:





"This Promotion is open to EU member state residents only. This promotion is open to EU member state residents (other than UK residents) aged 18 or over only and UK residents aged 13 or over only."





I am in the UK and I am 13 years of age, so therefore I am eligible to win the weekly prize. I still do not get the mp3 player I was supposed to get, I do not find this fair and serious action needs to be taken. If you agree to this, then please sign the petition and I will tell the manager of pcddancecontest and I should then, get my samsung k5.
