Basically what it comes down to is this:
For starters, it is unconstitutional to tell a woman or anyone for that matter, what to do with their body. You are free to do what YOU want to YOUR OWN body. The United States is based on freedom and choice. If the governmen makes abortion illegal (which will never happen), then all other rights would need to be looked at. (AKA: putting people on life support when they are doomed to die anyways).
Bottom line: Abortion is legal, get over it.
fight for something worth it, not for something that will not change.
