My documented complaint to the OIPRD is quite clear . TPS detective Kevin Sedore lied in his court submitted papers that Melanie Swan had a baby . My complaint was perjury by detective Kevin Sedore because Melanie Swan never had a baby . The OIPRD deliberately lied to the people of Toronto to cover-up perjury by their own . Their investigation did not include a birth certificate , the hospital , the doctor , the nurses for ( in her own words ) a premature birth . And her brother , TPS detective Swan knowingly said nothing to his superiors about his sister lying to police and in court . Chief Mark Saunders knowingly lied to the people of Toronto when given my documented complaint by the OIPRD. There never was a baby . there is corruption .
