That the practise of calculating pensionable service from the age of 18 in the armed services of the United Kingdom, be changed to when somebody joins the service, and that boy service should be counted towards an army pension. That means that if a boy joined at 15 and served till he was 40 years old he should be classified as having served 25 and not 22 as is the practise today.
