Release California State approved water test equipment

To have the State of California, USA release the information thru city offices or State website on approved testing equipment, filters, or cleaners for drinking water or faucet water; either marked commercial, home, or food industry.
This is to compensate the fact that Counties in California, do not test the drinking water every month or the information is not released to the local newspapers, which some residents did not read. Such things as too much chorine, lead, bacteria, or other contaminants which the County or State did not warn the local resident's home or open water fountain. Other cases where the contamination is local to the building and the County never tested the public foutain or food area.
