Release of older "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" shows

We, the undersigned, propose that Family Communications, Inc (FCI)
release television episodes of "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood" (MRN)
that possess copyright dates of 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973,
1974, 1975 and/or 1976 to the general viewing public (the public).
These episodes, not seen by the public since 1995, are considered to
be classic, irreplaceable, and bring thoughts of millions of
priceless childhood memories. We, the undersigned would accept such
release of MRN from FCI via broadcast television or via VHS and/or
DVD formats. The latter format would allow FCI to receive continued
funding for either this specific project and/or future projects of
importance to the emotional development of young children through
proceeds of retail sales. The signatures below also represent our
thanks and gratitude for your continued message to all of us that
each one of us is special, and we can be liked exactly the way we are.
