Being pregnant can be tough. Having the baby can be even tougher BUT the hardest part of bringing a child into the world is providing for him or her once they are here.
We are struggling to keep our children properly fed and clothed. A repeal of the sales and usage tax we pay on diapers and other baby care items would help us to put more food on the table. It would also afford us a few more dollars to put towards rising energy costs.
Please stop hurting struggling parents by making us pay tax on items that are necessary to the well being of our infants and small children.
