Dear RIOT,
We have already requested your permission for the making of the hungarian LoL client, about 3 months ago. Now we wrote a petition to send you, because you haven't answered our request.
3 months ago I wrote 2 emails with the following text:
"Dear RIOT,
We at the official Hungarian community of League of Legends have chosen 8 player to make the Hungarian language pack for those, who do not speak English. We call ourself Team HLC (Hungarian LoL Client Developing Team).
We had set up an online server for translating the language file. We have a PHP engine (It will start on June 16. 2011 20:00 GMT+1 Budapest.) which helps us to do it faster, what is really needed because of the frequent updating. We will have to translate the file after every update because we wont know what was changed in it. The engine works in 3 stairs. First: 5 translator translate the file, second 2: player check the mistakes. Last: 1 publish the finished file. As you can see, we are avoiding mistakes, however this way is so slow.
I write this letter, because we ask for your permission of making the Hungarian language file and it would be a pleasure to help us with the translation. We have to get the changes of the updates right after the release to make the translation easier and faster. (If we get, it would not be necessary to translate the whole file again, after every update.)

It'd be good to have a hungarian client, because many of the hun players do not speak english at all.
