This petition is aimed at Barrow Borough Council, especially the Planning Committee to hopefully raise their awareness to the Health & Safety issues and the detrimental effects of not allowing South Lakes Wild Animal Park to complete their car park.

We visit a couple of times a year and encourage our friends to visit when on a Lake District holiday. Good parking is necessary to encourage more tourism to the area.

South Lakes Wild Animal Park is an excellent attraction that provides another reason to visit the South lakes peninsula. We should be doing everything possible to make it better and the council should be supporting this.
