>Stop serving alcohol at The Square.
>No bands over 19 will be allowed to play at the square.
>Only 13 - 19 yearolds will be let into the venue. (parents will be allowed in, but no one else over 19.)
>The youth service will not work with young people under the influence of drugs including alcohol.

>Develop youth work that breaks the link between Music and Drugs.
