We, the parents of Wyandotte students, hereby request that you do not close another building in our district. We encourage you to seek other forms of savings for the $300,000 closing this building would save. We ask that you evaluate the positions in the administrative building to deem which are necessary, that you ask all administrators to take a reduction in pay, and that you continue to look for alternative ways to save this small cost in the larger picture of things. $300,000 out of $3,000,000 is a small savings for children to loose their school. Closing another building will hurt all of our districts students as well as our home sales in the city. Class sizes will increase or worse, we will loose more families to out of district schools.
