SAVING MY BROTHER STEVEN

I started this petition so that i could submit it to the immigration judge so my brother would not be deported. Steven is a legal permanent resident of the United States since 1973. due to immigration laws now if someone is convicted of a crime it could put them into deportation proceedings and they will not be able to enter again for twenty years. Steven plead guilty to grand larceny under his lawyers advice and the judge sentenced him to 18 months. had Steven's attorney told the judge that he was not an American citizen the attorney could have asked the judge for sentencing guidelines under immigration standards so that it would have not put him into immigration proceedings. now by no means am I condoning what he did but all i am asking for is another chance for him. his whole family lives in the States and Steven is from Scotland. Steven has 3 sons all American children all i ask is will you sign so that he can remain here with family that love him. thanks and god bless you.
